Every neighborhood has that one dog that is either outside barking all night or always off its leash! Well I have a prank or maybe even a solution for it!
What you need:
- Confetti or glitter -easy to make (shredder) and cheap to purchase.
- Dog treat or a piece of meat - to settle the dog.
- Timing - preferably at night or when the owner is not home.
- Flashlight - to see.
- A reason - do not just do this to a random victim because it is very difficult and annoying to get out.
- Two people (not needed, but easier)

All you have to do is sneak over to the house at night (make sure the dog is outside).Give the dog the treat and have one person pet or calm the dog. While the other pours the glitter or confetti all over the dog's fur.
This is a great idea because it does not hurt the dog in any way and punishes the irresponsible owner by having to get all of the glitter out (which can take multiple hose downs or baths).
